Invisiled's recessed aluminum channels provide a clean, glare-free line of illumination for professional-grade architectural lighting. These channels can be recessed into 1/2 to 5/8 inch drywall or wood, anchored onto ceiling studs without requiring any modifications.
Customers can choose from three styles of recessed aluminum channels, each designed to accommodate a variety of Invisiled tape light options, including Lite, Pro, Pro 2, Pro 3, or RGB color-changing. The symmetrical channels house a strip of Invisiled tape on both inner linings, creating general ambient illumination. Asymmetrical channels feature a single strip of Invisiled tape, allowing for upward or downward lighting. Indirect channels have Invisiled tape on both inner linings, providing ambient downlighting.
Depending on the Invisiled tape light selected, the recessed aluminum channels can deliver between 135 and 970 lumens per foot. Each channel comes with a dense foam insert for easy spackling and end caps. The Invisiled tape light, power supply, and power feeds are sold separately.
For use with the asymmetrical recessed aluminum channels, Invisiled offers a Junction Box designed to house the transformer and wiring. This Junction Box can be used with any of the Invisiled tape light options, enabling users to choose the desired level of illumination and color temperature.
Installation is straightforward, with all necessary mounting hardware and instructions included. No beam or joist modification is required for the symmetrical and asymmetrical channels.
The recessed aluminum channels and Junction Box are certified to meet relevant safety standards, including ETL and cETL listings for damp locations.
