The Volta is the quintessential high-performance LED architectural recessed downlight. It can be specified with variable serviceable drivers to accommodate energy and lighting requirements, offering up to 1,500 Lumens from a 2-inch aperture or up to 3,000 Lumens from the 4.5-inch aperture. The Volta is available in New Construction IC Rated Airtight or Remodel Non-IC Airtight versions, with Emergency backup battery and Chicago Plenum Safety options.
The Volta trims feature an LED Light Engine with a replaceable High-Powered LED module, and are available in a variety of options, including Round, Square, Adjustable, Wall Wash, Shallow Recessed, or a sleek flaneless trim that can be spackled directly up to the aperture. The tool-less in-field adjustable glare control and optic system can be used for louvers, lens, and beam control. The trim shape and driver output must be specified with the housing.
Built-in indexing allows for quick and simple trim alignment, and universal mounting brackets with hanger bars are included. The Volta New Construction housings are specific to round/square and invisible or flanged trims. The luminaire is Energy Star qualified and Title 24 Compliant (Title 24 when used with 90CRI Trim).
The Volta offers smooth and continuous dimming to 1% with an Electronic Low Voltage Dimmer or 0-10V dimmer. It is available with a Lutron Driver (Housing with L1 in Part #) for maximum compatibility with any Lutron Lighting Control System. The Emergency Backup battery and Chicago Plenum Safety Rating options are also available.
The Volta is powered by a 15W or 22W universal 120V-220V-277V Driver, and the housing with the driver load can be chosen to fit the lighting specification. The luminaire is ETL & cETL Listed and has a Wet Location standard. The warranty covers 5 Years Functional and 2 Years Finish. The Volta is made of Aluminum and is Dimmable.
